*LATE REGISTIRATION: Participants will pay 50 USD more for the registrations are made after 15 March 2018.

** Students should give their student certificate (taken in last 3 months) to registration desk throughout conference.
*** Accomodation is Half board including breakfast, dinner and an alcohol-free beverage and water with meals.
A child between the ages of 0-6 years is free and children between the ages 7-12 are %50 charged.

​CANCELLATION AND BACK-PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
If notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat up to 01 January 2018, accommodation charge will refund but registration fee will not pay back.
If notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat in between the date of 02 January-01 April 2018, 50% refund can be granted for accommodation charge but registration fee will not pay back.
No refunds can be granted after 02 April 2018.
